Not a slogan. This is the whole platform, and all of it is on every plan — because we build and maintain it whether or not your workspace shows it, and charging you to unlock something already written would be charging you twice. That holds on the $3 plan as much as on Enterprise.

The only things charged on top
Every one of these costs us money each time it runs. That is the whole rule: capability is included, consumption is metered. Nothing here is a feature held back to sell you later.
Extra AI replies

SMS notifications
From $0.02 per messageRenewal, lapse and claim messages sent by SMS. Charged per message by the network, and the channel that reaches someone away from a computer.

Questions people actually ask
What happens after the free 14 days?
Solo becomes $3 a month. Nothing is deleted and no policy stops being served — you are asked to add a payment method, and if you would rather not, your records stay readable while you decide.
What counts as an active policy?
One in force today. Expired and cancelled policies stay in your records and do not count, so your history never pushes you into a larger plan.
Why are AI replies metered when everything else is not?
Because they are the one thing that costs us money each time. Every other capability is software already written; a token is a bill. Metering it is what lets the rest be included.
Does it cost anything to list on the marketplace?
No commission, on any plan. Publishing cover on iqava.com costs nothing beyond your plan and we take no cut of what you sell — we would rather have the cover in front of buyers.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Contracts are in USD, and Kenyan customers can be invoiced in shillings at a rate fixed for the year. The figures on this page convert for readability — the USD amount is the price.
What happens if I outgrow a plan?
You are told before anything stops working, and you move up when you are ready. Nothing is deleted and no policy stops being served because of a plan limit.
Why is there no free plan?
Because a plan nobody pays for is one nobody depends on. 14 days is enough to run real cover end to end and decide, and $3 is low enough that the decision is about whether iqava is useful rather than whether it is affordable.
Can I self-host?
Yes, on Enterprise. The software is identical — Docker or Kubernetes on your own infrastructure. What you are paying for is upgrade and incident support, not a different licence.
Do you take a commission on policies sold?
Not today. If that changes it will apply only to policies iqava sourced, never to your own book, and you will be told well before it does.
